Pretty poor service. Maybe the worst pricing and negotiating of any pawn shop in houston I’ve dealt with. Lots of stuff priced over new retail.

Very poor customer service and highway robbery and they sells you broke items and dont check them before they put them out to sale.

Bought a xbox accessory at affordable price, better than Offerup. The employees were attentive and helpful.

worst ever possible experience Fernando Gaspar is the worst manager/employee ever they have 0 knowledge of what they have in stock the 3 things i brought did not work at all i paid for warranty and coudnt get my refund for 2 weeks!! PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST!!! YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND RIDICULED BY FERNANDO AND HIS STAFF

Love it, seen some things in there and had a little bit of money and the guy said 10% for lay-away. I was like OMG.. Let me get that and this,than i walked out with a smile on my face. Its a great place to go
