This store NEVER has enough help! Customer service sometimes helpful if you get a respectful, knowledgable young person. Today I was in & young flippant girl, Yuri, completely ignored me & continued doing paperwork . Several minutes later she came over and asked for my 1st name and said she would put me on a waiting list. When I walked in I would have been the next in line. I asked her if she was waiting on customers and she replied no, she was doing inventory. And the same time four people came in behind me. She just went up to the next person and started the same routine. No apology for wait time, no helpfulness in her tone of voice, nothing. It was quite obvious she did not care about customers. Online customer support is far superior. I only went in today because I needed a new SIM card. Big mistake.
From all the T-Mobile I've visited, this has to be the best Customer service I've had. Joel was able to get me a great deal on my New phone and I received a free Tablet. Also, Joel was able to transfer all my pictures and videos to my New phone. Which had all my child baby pictures, let's just say my old phone was useless. You couldn't even see the main screen. Joel went above and beyond to get me, my photos,videos and a great deal on a New phone that came out.
Flexibility in approaches tried by staff until problem was resolved. Teamwork displayed as staff helped each other and solved my problem without neglecting others in the store-my problem took three hours to solve. Three people worked on it. Manager Jamia was very supportive of staff. All remained pleasant throughout- Lulu, and Alex-were very knowledgeable.
Well, i loved their Covid-19 safety protocols. Was in and out for a new phone purchase. The staff was very helpful and courteous and were able to help really fast. This was my 1st visit at this location and wasn't disappointed like i have been at other locations. Good job and I'll be coming here from now on.
Jose was quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. He gave me the information about T-Mobile's internet and streaming services, and had me in and out of the store in about 15-20 minutes! Great service and wonderfully professional!
I go to this location because of the fantastic customer service. They're full of knowledge and are like PhD in phone. LuLu is the best, best customer service person I've ever dealt with! Not only did she fix my phone so I'll have a notification sound from texts, she cleaned and put me a brand new screen protector and cleaned BOTH my devices. YALL NEED MORE LULU-s!!!!
I received great service today. Yuri was extremely helpful and assured that all of my needs were met, as well as the entire staff. I will definitely be returning here if I should ever again face problems with my phone.
Thought Lulu the Tmobil rep would be able to help us with a promotion. But she tried her best to sway us away from using the A32 deal. Thanks for nothing I guess, keep up the good work Lulu.
I was walking around 625 pm. I just bought a phone from T-Mobile over the phone just wanted to get a case, screen protector, and transfer to my new phone. One lady took my name and I wanted for 30 minutes. Just for one staff member to skip over me to help the customer that came after me 5 minutes later. Just because I am not spending a lot of money that doesn't mean I am not just as important as someone whom is spending. I just so disappointed very bad customer service
Today I received great service from one of there employees named Justin. He was very knowledgeable about the new iPhone 11. He took his time installing my new service. Loved my overall experience.
