This by far was the WORST Aaron’s I’ve had to deal with like their customer service well the lack there of is horrible. They don’t effectively communicate with each other or the customers and they are no professional at all. I will NEVER do business with this location EVER I am so mad I even gave them my hard earned money.
This place is straight garbage. The employees are liars. They call your cell phone and not leave a message and then call your job. I asked that they come remove their property and say waiting for them all day. I called later in the afternoon and was told they came by. I have only dealt with the online reps who seem to be professional but the store employees are just trash.
Tiffany was the best at this location! Great customer service and efficiency!
They keep calling me about a past due account but my payment isn't due for six more days.
I want to say during this time in the world i hope I'm spelling his name right Damon the manager as well as the staff I've spoken with have been pleasant extremely understanding and the most patient business I have ever dealt with. My mom has been sick with Covid I have been making her payments and I've been a little late but the fact they don't threaten or intimidate is heartfelt...
The Manager Damon has poor customer service skills. After making an order online, I went to the store to see what was taking so long with my products. After giving him my information, he repiled "all yea, you need to verify your address". I had to come to the store just to find that out. I called back 10 minutes later to speak with him about a refund, I was put on hold for 33 minutes. Two different other employees picked up the phone and asked who i wanted to speak to and was put on hold again. I came to spend some money...and was met by rudeness. In a business like this, customers make employees pay check. No customers...no workers.
I just want to say this is why customer service & loyalty goes a long way. I went to this location on south post oak & didn't see what I wanted & needed & when I tell you Beyonce went above & beyond & called me the next day & put a smile on my face with the color & couch set I wanted. Damon the manager is also doing a great job leadership & always on point as in training this location is 5 & I really appreciate you keep doing what your doing!!!!
Horrible experience! Found a couch online and was able to easily do an agreement and pay my money. I received an email confirmation that said I would be contacted and it would be delivered in 2-3 days. No one ever contacted me. 4 days later I contacted the store and they were waiting for it to be delivered to the store but couldn't schedule with me since it wasn't there. I called the next day, 5 days later, and they wouldn't be able to deliver it for another 5 days due to being booked. Then today, 8 days later, a manager called me for more verification on my home and I told him to just cancel it. But they cannot refund my money unless I'm in the store. They're only open 10-6 Monday-Saturday so I have to wait another 7 days to get my refund or take time off of work. Unless you have plenty of time to wait and call and have plenty of free time during the day, do not use this company.
My sister went in ordered a fridge was supposed to be delivered today 10/5/19. Delivery time was set up for 3-9pm. They called her around 530 pm and told her the fridge she signed a contract on is not getting cold. So during the delivery time they finally decide to call after they've made people miss out on work. It's ridiculous the way this store is ran. I placed an order on august 28th here it is September 11th and no product delivered. I've called corporate 5 times and complained. I've talked to the district manager, the store manager and they want to say they have no delivery drivers to deliver the merchandise. No response from the regional manager either. The girls working the counter is turning away in stores sales as well. When I placed my order it said 5-7 days and you will have your merchandise delivered. 14 days later and still no merchandise.
Horrible communication, customer service, and phone etiquette. I have called this store a plethora of times to try to get service, but to no avail. First time I was put on hold for 20 minutes, then days later finally someone is at the store who could make the service appointment, they set a date, then guess what...they were a no show. No heads up nothing, then when I call the next day the lady says “oh we needed a serial number” mind you a serial number she is telling me is on the back of a 300+ lb washer, and is telling me I can’t get service until I can get to a serial number. So finally she agrees to send someone out to get the serial number this time, who just pops up an hour later he thinks he’s there for a refrigerator. I never received service. then yesterday I call for service and get put on hold for 10 minutes, give them the serial, and they said they will call back in a few hours, then guess , what no one calls. So today as I type I am on hold with them AGAIN for 10+ minutes for service. Still nothing.
