Mattress Firm Southwest Houston

So I just moved to Houston from California the 1st of the year, I was able to fit all my belongings in the POD with the exception of my queen size mattress. My daughter and I went to mattress firm to look around, I'm glad I did, the store manager Marcus was amazing! Very informative and very helpful in helping me make my decision. As I tried out just about every mattress there he also was tentative to the other shoppers there as well. My daughter will be returning for her purchase and I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for that perfect mattress, with excellent customer service.

I visited the Mattress Firm in Meyerland today and received excellent service from their salesman Nile who went above and beyond to help me, educate me and answer every question that I threw at him with great professionalism. It was a pressure free experience and I left the store feeling like I got a great deal. This was my first time at mattress firm but if I need another mattress I will definitely return because I’ve been to many furniture stores over the years and my visit today was second to none. Thank you Nile.

This store is well supplied and there was a large variety of mattresses to choose from. Nile made very helpful recommendations for my parents with the mattress selection and then provided the best service with their order. We definitely recommend Mattress Firm store near Meyerland plaza.

Brandon was amazing! Very knowledgeable and he actually cares that you get the mattress that is the best fit for you. He takes his time to explain everything and is very thorough. He is very dedicated to his job! Highly recommend Brandon!

It was a pleasure to visit and purchase from this store, because of the exceptional customer care offered by it’s manager Yasin. We have visited few Mattress Firm stores in the past, but this is by far the best ever. This was the BEST customer I have ever had. I stopped by to purchase a Twin mattress but Yasi Yasin was very informative on what I was looking for. After I had made my decision he started to tell be about the Sales and great deals he had in the store. What I loved about him he was not a pushey salesman he spoke of the product as if it was him buying the product. He let me ask the questions and listened to what my future needs were.
