Pier 1. This store is very clean and nice. Everything is in order and packed neatly. The staff is very nice and friendly, knowledgeable about the inventory, of which they had a lot of...now saying all that, I do have a problem with the pricing. Most everything is marked way too high. Not enough sale items...or "sales". Their scratch and dent policy is horrible. I saw a very nice table but the top was scratched up bad and would only give 10 percent off... horrible! I do however recommend this store.
There isn't great parking in this area, but the staff here is so nice that it makes up for having to walk around, if you need to, in order to find parking. The selection in this store is better than in other stores and the staff isn't all over you, but they make it known they are there to help with anything, including putting larger items in your car. They seem to have the best selection of wall art out of the local Pier 1 stores.
Very friendly staff. There were 3 employees there and all there gave exemplary customer service. The young lady actually looked up an item and found the nearest in stock location. They continued to ask me was I ok or did I need any help. They deserve 10 stars!
I love this Pier 1! I'm so sad to see that they're closing this location down. The parking is a bit hectic, but the store and employees are awesome! Rosalind is a very wonderful associate!
I'm biased, have shopped @ Pier 1's in several states. Smaller version of "big box" Pier 1's that I'm familiar with. Street parking, unmetered. Location makes parking a challenge during peak shopping hrs. Attentive staff, not intrusive. Am going back, for sure.
Very good location with parking. Merchandise good quality, but over priced. Arrangement of the merchandise cluttered and be careful as you navigate thru the narrow shelves. Staff - will not say too friendly
They were so sweet and helped me with everything I needed. Just moved here from Florida and was overwhelmed with decorating my apartment now looks like something out of a magazine
Called January 3, 2016 around 2 p.m. about 10 times. Each time someone answered the phone and hung up on me. After 10 times, someone answered and asked me if I would hold and I said that I would. The person then hung up on me. The next time I call, the phone went straight to music. I am still holding. Very unprofessional.
