Received some great service from Tip today! He was efficient and friendly. Was able to get us out in and out quickly. Made it a really good experience at this T-mobile location! Would work with him again.
Terrible customer service! The associate acted like he was frustrated with us and did not want to help. I came in after having spent hours over the phone trying to fix an issue regarding the transfer of a line. I was tired of having to repeat myself. My sister-in-law was also there because the issue involved her account as well. He just kept explaining the same thing to us over and over instead of listening. He told us we would have to call the finance department to dispute the bill. So basically the store was no help. We called T-mobile and told them the issue AGAIN and explained we were in the store and was told to call them. She asked why and we were like that's what the associate said...ugh, the run around. The associate didn't really explain so she asked to speak with him. He had walked off. He rudely took a phone call and went to the back. The rep on the phone was waiting for him to come back and he never did. We asked one of the other associates to tell him we needed him. We he finally came out he was still on his personal phone. He went over to the other associates and talked to them, laughed and then went back to the back. He never came back. The rep on the phone asked us to ask for a manager. We did and Jamail came over to help. He at least attempted to see what the problem was and he explained what he could. This visit to the store was a complete waste of my time. The first associate was very rude and arrogant. What's the point of having a store if I still have to call just to get the proper help. The store associates should be ashamed of themselves because most of them were just standing around looking at us struggling and offered no help.
Opened an account but found out T-Mobile doesn’t have signal at my neighborhood. I went back the next dayafter T-Mobile customer service told me I will need to go back to the store and get my refund and they refused to refund me the money. They just simply told me, well the once the account is open, money’s gone. Worst experience and nonsense ever
Excellent customer service. Immediate activation of the new physical sim. One can also change the plan whenever one wants.
If it hadn't been for JJ's help I would have left with no phone...or at least a phone I really didn't like...changed my day and I left there happy with my purchases
Veronica is absolutely the best! She was patient, friendly and honest with me. I was a bit of a delicate situation with the Sprint device switch. She made me feel like she genuinely cared about my concern. Veronica invested quite a bit of time with me, assisting me in the process while remaining truly kind and patient from start to finish. The customer experience she created, it made me feel like a ‘friend/guest’ of the store. The store team is also very friendly as well; from my observations. It’s a very comfortable, honest, positive and not a pushy atmosphere. This is a location that has earned my trust. I highly recommend this specific location right now for anyone looking to make a purchase &/or upgrade as well. I left “thankful and it wasn’t even Tuesday” ;
Take forever to assist people. Are worried more about sales than working at a fast pace. You could tell how lazy they are and are only offering more services to customers as they go along with there purchases. I wouldn't be here at all if the app would actually work so I can make my payment. Horrible service. I will not be back again.
JJ was amazing, he stayed an hour late to ensure I was all set up with my new phone. If you’re visiting the store ask for him!
7/22 - updated my rating to 4* because of wonderful service by Samuel, the store manager. He helped me get me phone fixed and accommodated my crazy afternoon schedule. If it weren't for the hassle in January, this would be 5* for today's experience. 1/22 - Very friendly staff. Definitely trying to sell you on the various products that they offer. Unfortunately they did not see through to the end the transfer and set up of my new phone and I will now have to manually do everything. After spending lots of time in the store, I'm now I'm the same place as if I didn't and could have saved that time.
We waited for 30 minutes to buy adopter and the sales representive guys didnt bother even to adress or what we looking for . such pathetic customer service .
