Definitely enjoy doing business with the NRG location. Always greeted upon entry. Timely service. Muhammad helped me this time. He was so diligent with making sure I was getting all the savings available for adding a line. Much appreciated. Will return for my own upgrade soon.

Got a replacement phone that AT&T would not change over to my new phone that was just purchased. I was told to find a youngster that knew how to download in order to get my phone downloaded. Only two stars because I'm not the type of person to hold grudges

The young lady was super nice and on point. She suggested sales to help me get the best deal AT&T had to offer
