Jared and Mike were unbelievably helpful setting up 3 new iPhones and getting us all situated with new plans. They answered all of our questions and waited patiently with us long after the store closed. Many thanks to them! Highly recommend this store!

Was in the shop a few days ago and had an awesome and helpful experience with Saul. He was extremely helpful. We returned today to pickup a device that had been ordered for us and actually had a nonexistent experience as we walked out after having not been helped for 35 minutes and skipped by a customer had walked in 20+ minutes after us. We had been questioned by one employee about the reason for our visit, we told him, he side eyed us, and told us he would finish with his customer and get back to us, and then proceeded to pull the customer who arrived after us and begin helping her. I understand it’s a busy market and two people can only help two people at once but it’s very irritating when you patiently wait for an extended time and then are completely ignored. We will return when Saul is working to complete our needs.

Demetrius T was excellent. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He was a jewel even though my appointment was not with him. My thanks to him for all his hard work.

I came here the other day to do a trade in on my old phone. The lady was super nice and gave me info on what I needed to do since she was not able to help as it was a promotional offer that had to be done at the store I got my new phone from and etc. But again, she was super nice and willing to help and give me answers on what I needed to do!

Mike provided us with incredible, professional, prompt, and thorough help. He made sure all of our needs were addressed. Went overboard making sure we were taken care of.

Worst experience. I went in saying I needed a new phone, wanted to exchange my old phone. The employee didn’t introduce himself, just asked for my number to look up my account. He didn’t explain anything, asked what phone I want. I said Whatever phone I can trade in for. He said I can get an IPhone 14 for $10, no change in my plan and no monthly device payment. I asked this ten times, he said yes, only $10. I figured it was a new year deal for trading in my device. Then after looking at the computer for 10 mins he says, what case do you want? I said I don’t want one. He said I have to pay $250 in case and accessories to get the deal. I said then I don’t want it, I’ll order a phone online. He said he can order it for me through Verizon and have it shipped to the store and I won’t have to buy their accessories. I said okay. So he orders the phone, and just sits there. So.. I just come pick it up? You will call me? Yes. I don’t pay anything now? No. That’s it, doesn’t explain anything. So I leave, I go back two days later after I had to call and see if the phone was there arrived at 7:30pm, the two employees different employees were both with people and said they would get to me. Sure, no problem so I sit down. After 30 mins, one employee is waiting for his customer who is on the phone. I ask the employee if there is anything I can do as I am just picking up a phone. He says no, sorry our system closes at 8:00pm so now I can’t help you. It’s now 8:01pm. Umm okay, why did you not tell me this when I walked in at 7:30? Or even 15 mins ago when you realized you couldn’t help me? Anyways, I leave. Then I get a bill from Verizon saying my plan was changed and I now have a $22/month device charge for a device I was told was $10 flat and that I don’t even have yet. I had to call Verizon who said it was fraudulent that they shipped my device to their store. Verizon canceled everything and fixed my situation but I am so upset about this store I had to leave a review. Please don’t go here.

It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had. I told the gentleman I need to fix my iPhone or order a replacement, he said the phone number isn’t under my name, ridiculous! The he said the tax id I gave was incorrect, well, it is impossible. No other customers in the store, but he had no interest for business. It’s very sad if I was the owner

Not a offical verizon store. Verizon will let you get your service from here and may offer better offers than the official one. Sadly we ended up finding hidden fees from these "great offers"
