Had a great experience here. As always, employees were very courteous and helpful, especially Angelica who has always been a pleasure to work with. Love these guys and will always come back.
They will damage your jewelry when testing it. I just got back from taking my gold chain to sell and when they offered me a price thats WAY below any reasonable deal and also tried to blatantly LIE to my face telling me “10k and 14k have no difference in weight” WHAT ???? I denied the offer and went home only to find out my chain was grinded down to almost no recognition. Will not bend or fold when needed to and is uncomfortable to wear , She ruined my jewelry and I won’t get anything to show for it.
They do a horrible job explaining things. Try and sneak things around you without you knowing what’s happening
I understand that your company has purchased cash America pawn. I went last Friday to the location at 23rd and villa in o'clock and when I entered the door I was greeted by every employee. And I bought 3 pistols that day. I we back the next day taking my wife to buy her a camera. We bought her a very good camera and a couple of swords for our son. Again great service and excellent prices. Very satisfied happy customer. I have told numerous people about this location. I went back today and again was greeted like it was appreciated that I was there. Today I bought a deer hunting rifle a fishing pole and a large generator. Great service and excellent prices. This crew at this store is an outstanding crew and deserves to be acknowledged.
I went in to sell a record collection. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. After an employee looked it over, he explained to me that they dont have the right clientele to be able to sell the record collection, so he would only be able to offer me $20 for it. Then he told me about a record shop down the road that would likely be able to buy it for significantly more money. So I went to the record shop, and they bought the collection for $200. I really appreciate that the employee was honest about where I could go to get more money for the records.
The manager and staff worked with me a great deal and were very friendly. I was in a pretty desperate position and they didn't take advantage of it, they treated me very fair and didn't try to rip me off on any of the items I had to pawn. I hated to be in the position but they helped make it better than it could have been.
This is a very good location. The management and employees are super friendly and helpful and Aubrie offered to help me find a hard to find item. I have been going to this location for many years. Great prices, selection, and service.
Lady employee at this store is always helpful and nice. She says "have a great day" even if I didn't buy anything. That feels good everytime I leave the store.
Nice and polite staff enjoyable atmosphere
Ivy is a kind person her customer service is phenomenal please give her a raise and a promotion she deserves it
