Castalia

recently made a short visit to Castalia and was thoroughly impressed. The drink I had was excellent, crafted with care and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, making it a perfect spot to relax. I couldn’t resist buying a travel-size perfume sampler, which was a delightful addition to my experience. I’m definitely looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu.

Been wanting to visit Castalia at Sfumato for 3 years and finally go the chance to! While reservations are recommended, we were lucky enough that there was a table of 4 inside that were leaving right when we walked up. Service is AWESOME! The cocktails are one of a kind. The fragrances are completely unique. Pro tip: make a reservation for their tasting menu, where you will be able to sample all 8 of their cocktails! Pro tip #2: get the candied nuts! You will NOT be disappointed. We are definitely coming back to do the tasting menu!

We loved our treating experience and the concept of the fragrance with cocktails. I genuinely appreciate the crafting of the cocktails and the order in which they were presented. I didn't love or hate any of the cocktails. They were a bit on the sweet side. I would totally return to the fragrance store to check that out. I especially love how they transformed the space. They have an alcohol free tasting menu too!

Great concept and use of space. Fragrance shop during the day and cocktail bar at night. They match the flavours of the cocktails with their signature scents which is a pretty cool idea. The cocktails we tried were all great and they did work well with the fragrance. It’s on the bottom floor or a renovated house, has a very cool look to it and also has a few outside seats. Friendly staff, would recommend

Had an excellent time at this creative and unique cocktail experience. Dupree was very talented and knowledgable about the cocktails, and the change in flavors when paired with scents was really spectacular. We sat at the bar and had a great time chatting with fellow customers as well. Will definitely be returning!Food: 5/5

Very late review 10/29/22 but extremely beautiful! Surprised my loved for his birthday and we both enjoyed ourselves I don’t drink lol. Kyle was a sweetheart and lovely bartender! The fragrances really complement the drink. Very unique and fun experience!Service: 5/5

We had visited the shop as a fragerance store during the day and came back for cocktails that evening. The cocktails were delicious. Truly some of the best I have had and the concept of pairing them with their perfumes is brilliant and truly makes for a unique sensory experience.Food: 5/5

Truly unique but wonderful drinks. Their non alcoholic drinks are outstanding and even though I love a great cocktail, I am just as happy ordering a non-alcoholic drink there. Plus the smell when you walk in is just heavenly!

Took a Create Your Own Fragrance Class here on 2/16. The space was cozy and inviting, the owners and bartender were very knowledgeable. The drinks were amazing , I got one alcoholic and one non alcoholic. Definitely would come back for a regular night of business.
