I am very happy with the service at Castilla Orthodontics. They were extremely flexible with my schedule and were able to text me my appointment details. For someone who works as much as I do, this was very helpful. They were able to get my daughter in within a week and do her braces same day. Karen was very helpful at explaining the benefits and payment options. I’m in medicine myself and hold a high standard of care bar, they exceeded this. Thank you all for working with me and making sure my daughter received the care she needed. I recommend this group to everyone! We’ll worth the drive from Beaverton.

Let me start off by stating the medical staff is amazing but unfortunately the front end customer service is lack luster to say the least there ability to correct errors from there end is ANYTHING but easy we called to pay out balance and confirm his appointment earlier that month and then they canceled it and notified no one to top it off I have NEVER in my life been asked for a payment more times then my one time being here with my son the lady at front desk was not willing to help borderline harassed me for a payment for the current month that we are in I am not past due on anything in a full lobby of people to top it off after about 40 minutes of this and just being put off to the side while they helped everyone and anyone else they were miraculously able allow us to be seen my first time here and I aim to find a new provider ASAP

Karen was a big help! She made me feel very comfortable coming in to get my consultation and braces today and she filled me in on all of the details and answered any questions that I had. She was very nice and would definitely recommend her!

I just came to say I love Barbara. Best front desk receptionist. She has such a welcoming face and great banter. Yall hired the right person for the role. Sweetest and most welcoming face.

They have been so kind and answer all my questions well. They have alot of opportunities for appointments so if you need to reschedule they try and get you in quickly. My daughter has braces through them and hasn’t had one complaint with any of her appointments!

The staff are super friendly. They made the process simple & easy. They explained everything great & made us feel confident about our decision. The payment plan was a bonus! From consultation to braces installed took about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Castilla Orthodontics.
