My dental clinic is the North Lancaster Dental Clinic in Salem Oregon. Dr.Jila Bowman and her assistant Jill are my dentist. It was literally a pleasure to be their patient. They were so nice to be around, very thoughtful, smiling and professional. What more could you ask for! Good people for sure! Dr Bowman and her assistant Jill were magicians. So gentle, knowledgeable, and have the utmost concern for my care. I drove from Gresham to Salem to see them. Heck, I'd fly to California if that's what it takes. After trying so many other Kaiser provides, I'm so glad I chose them for my periodontal care!
Dr Karam and his assistant Lyudmyla always take care of me.Their professionalism is exceptional. Kaiser Lancaster has assembled a very good dental pod.
This is a five star based on the front office lady, Jenny. She is a gem and Kaiser is beyond lucky to have her. She went above and beyond to give me information regarding my coverage and worked with my schedule to book future appointments. I have never had someone take care of me so we’ll and make me feel like they really cared about me. Jenny did this and more she treated me with respect and was so kind, something you don’t see anymore. She made my experience wonderful and I would come back to Kaiser to see her alone!
Jenny at the front desk is absolutely awesome! She is always helpful to us. She helped us get financial aid for our services which has enabled us to get the procedures and tasks performed which we would not have been able to afford. Her expertise and experience is a great asset to KP and KP patients! Also, Jenny is a truly caring, positive person. I always feel a "frontline" staff member can set the tone for a business and be the most valuable member. Jenny certainly does set a positive tone and we have found our dentist, technicians and all other staff to be as capable! Going to KP Dental at Lancaster is a good experience all-round! Thank you.
The doctor was absolutely wonderful . She was caring and made sure through out procedure I was OK.
Six months to get dentures that don't fit. Oswaldo is great, but had to send the first pair back to the lab because of mistakes. There and still problems. Uncomfortable. Rock and click when I chew. Inside of top teeth like sand paper. Bottom metal does not line up with acrylic. Acrylic thin and stops short of completed netting.
Staff is always nice but not always helpful with making appointments. My dental needs require frequent appointments but all the work is going to take a year. I’ve been going for 5 months now and still haven’t started any work. Each appointment take 2-3 months between just for consultations as of now. So be prepared for long waits if you need work done.
I have had Kaiser dental for years. They have treated me as a valued patient . I look forward to seeing my hygienist, she’s more like a friend. Everyone there is very helpful.
Everything went smoothly, from checkin to release. Hygienist was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable during the procedure.
