Why is it that every single time we’ve interacted with this bank for the past year it has left us feeling disturbed. Very rude staff, inadequate customer service, short disrespectful responses to mistakes that they have made. Can’t wait to close my account. Based on this past year of reviews it sounds like neither can everyone else.
Horrible horrible credit union can’t wait to have my loan done so I can never use them again they are so rude and do not communicate within there branch with each other again horrible credit union beware
