The shrimp and grits are spectacular. My husband loved the crawfish. The hush puppies themselves are delicious, though I personally preferred them stand-alone instead of in the dip stuff they came in.

If it wasn't for the freezing tempatures outside, you would have thought you were sitting in a corner restaurant in the French Quarter. From the minute we entered we were made to feel welcomed and everything after was excellent. Food authentically delicious and great service. The menu has lots of great options to keep you coming back for more

Great food. Great service. Great drinks. Great atmosphere. Everything was great. It was my first time. I was taken by a friend. Will be there often!!! Get some. Say hi to Adam the bartender. And the young chef in the kitchen is spectacular.

Food is amazing. Met & spoke with the owner Nikki. Really nice woman. Went to school in Louisiana and this place is an authentic gem! Really Good Cajun/Creole Cuisine.

The food here was really good and the bartender was awesome as well. I'm just bummed that they were out of soft shell crab lol I look forward to coming back.

Friendly staff, great drinks, the food was disappointing! Ordered 2 of the specialty drinks, salad, and cat fish po'boy. Old Bay overkill! Everything was seasoned in way too much Old Bay seasoning.. I'm a huge fan of cajun and creole food and the food was definitely lacking a lot of those flavors. Never been to New Orleans but I've had really authentic food and the food here wasn't doing it for my cousin and I. I know we're in Philly but... She had the fried tomatoes, cabbage that was yummy!and crab cakes. The bill was too high for the quality of food. If I go back to Catahoula it will likely be for just drinks and chill vibe.

Perhaps one of the best kept secrets in Philly. You will never have a bad meal at Catahoula. Highly recommend the shrimp & grits best in the city, hands down. Top notch food packaged with a great "at home" neighborhood bar vibe. Staff is excellent and chef is an underated star of this joint.

Service was great and receptive. The gumbo had a sour taste to it but the beignets are good and draft selection is good

Awesome food don't know how authentic, but I enjoyed it, good service and pretty decent prices.

The food was amazing!!! The bartender and the staff was friendly and very atintive. Definitely going back again
