Anthony is always very professional I have sent multiple clients to him for a quote and he’s always come through with better insurance and lower price!

I called about our renewal because it went up and they were suppose to have Anthony call me back. He has not called back yet. It has been almost three weeks. If this is the customer service experience I am going to receive than some a other insurance company/ agent can have my business.

I agree about the lack of customer service. Anthony promises to return phone calls and never does. And since he's the broker, you are stuck going through him for answers. If you go with him, don't expect a return call anytime soon even though the message says within 24 hours. More like 2 weeks, if that!

I felt like the team at Catanzaro truly valued my business. They were very responsive and made it easy for me to contact them at any time. Anthony gave me his cell phone number and told me to text or call at any time. I was very pleased with the high level of customer service.
