Catbird Wedding Annex

Hi! I had to reschedule my appointment two times for personal reasons, so when I finally arrived, yesterday I was so happy. Auberth assisted me and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient, welcoming, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I also loved how she was able to give us her full attention and take notes of what I liked. Auberth also followed up right away with the notes via email : so we could get the process moving. My best friend accompanied me and it truly felt like a magical experience!

Scheduled an appointment to look at rings and it easy easy to locate, parking wasn't too bad. Service is great! We had the place to ourselves. Designs are diverse and you can request certain styles ahead of time and they have them ready or you can have them help guide you. Highly recommend!

Support local artists & business. Got my wife’s engagement, first wedding, and second wedding rings here. The staff was very helpful and responsive; made resizing a breeze. And when we had a last minute emergency and needed them to redirect the ring to North Carolina, they made it happen and rushed the order.

I just had the loveliest appointment with Adrienne Adrian?. The space was calming and welcoming, the rings were gorgeous and full of personality/intention, and Adrienne was knowledgeable and accommodating. I never felt pressured and was comfortable asking questions. I was encouraged to try on any ring I liked and was pleasantly surprised by those selected for me. If you are considering Catbird for wedding or engagement, you owe it to yourself to come to the annex. And try to reserve with Adrienne!

Maybe I caught the Catbird team on an off day - but when I arrived for my wedding band appointment, the sales rep I met with did not show much warmth or enthusiasm. While I understand that 2020 has been a tough year especially as a bride trying to get married this year..., I had hoped that the Catbird team would try and help us with happiness, instead we felt like we were bothering them. Was not a positive experience and I left feeling let down.

I’ve been into the Catbird wedding annex a few times to pick out new jewelry and most recently to find my future wedding band. The staff there is wonderful and knowledgeable! I was struggling to choose a wedding band and they provided me with some fresh ideas and I think I ended up trying on half the rings in the store but ultimately found one that I love with their help!

Lovely store with zero pressure to buy anything, great customer service.

This was my go-to spot for both my engagement and wedding rings. I’m a dude who isn’t very versed in jewelry so the level of expertise at the store was super helpful. Great experience from the consultation all the way to the in-store pickup.
