In the 25 years I have been going there, the staff and whole place have always nice and helpful. I love going there.

I am sure that this organization does lots of "good work" for the less fortunate folks in Augusta. Just as I am sure they want to represent themselves as representatives of our Savior Jesus Christ. Let me assure you that the cashier working this past Friday was not doing a good job of showing His love to anyone. I have never been treated in a more non Christ-like manner at ANY thrift shop in my life. While at the cash register and trying to make small talk with her, my friend was told to be quiet. She questioned prices that the manager had previously quoted. We had to go get the manager to verify. Maybe she was having a bad day....but she definitely does not need to be greeting the public and representing this Christian organization to anyone.
