My company is a customer of Cbeyond and I have to stress that they are the absolutely worst supplier I have ever dealt with. They seem to deliberately not be able to retain their staff so that they can go back on any agreement, even if written clearly as part of the contract. I am looking forward to canceling our service with them and would urge other businesses to avoid them. This is an unethical, poorly managed organization that cannot/will not live up to their commitments.

Wow they suck, we are a small business and have had one way audio for 6 months with out a resolution. They don't call they don't communicate they some weird tier system to get problems solved, I've never received a call from their tier two or what ever its called. Each time I call we start over again. They deleted all of my prior requests so they don't know what is going on. Do not sign up with these guys they don't have any follow through.

A couple months' experiences worked with this company was total nightmare!!! To cancel our account, we fax our official cancellation letter to them for three times, but no anyone contact us. Finally, I talked to the supervisor, the supervisor gave me a very unclear explanations why it is so hard to cancel our account. At the end, we received a very large bill from them. We will never recommend this company to any our friend. Terrible, terrible experience to work with them!
