GCI is a fantastic place to work. They have a really nice office full of friendly staff. Highly recommend them and the work they do.

0 STARS. We have had service with them for 4 years b/c they are the only providers where we lived. We had cell phones and internet. Almost every month there would be something wrong with our billing. You have to FIGHT for them to fix anything and spend HOURS on the phone to be transferred to someone who can even do anything. Its a joke of a company. When we go back home we wont even have cell phones, not worth dealing with this company.

Horrible Customer Service! Bring your business to ACS or AT&T u- verse. I made an appointment by chat with Lydia for 8-12 set up for 7/13/2017, 7/13/2017 came i waited until 12:45 no one showed up so i called to follow up and the customer service dispatcher told me that they were just running late. i called again at 4:30 to follow up, then the dispatcher told me that my schedule is not until 7/14/2017. It magically changed for their convenience. I took a dayoff to make sure that i will be home for my appointment and they messed it up. So i tried to talk to the supervisor on duty Ken Warren but he gave me nothing, not even try to resolve the problem but just make an excuse that i was never on their schedule for today. When i said, just cancel my order, he even said "okay just return the modem to our store then. " I was surprised because that is a confirmation that he doesn't even know what is going on, the main reason why we have the appt in the firat place is because they will be bringing me the modem to set it up. Obviously, he doesn't care at all. He just want to get rid and be done with me. This is very frustating and on top of that, i found out that i was never getting my alaska airline mileage credit for the my services since 2015 when i changed address because the person did not put in my mileage number , the guy even asked for my mileage card and my id that time. If only they know how to respect each others time and everything would have been smooth. Luckily i only have internet service from GCI.

It's just a building that has company's offices. The staff are super friendly and helpful to get your way around.
