CD Tradepost

I bought a controller from them brand new and told them my husband was in the service and would be giving it to him when he came back. He opened it and the controller didn’t work. They told me they would do nothing to help me because it was after the 30 day. Apparently a membership means nothing either. No help on faulty products. The other used controller they sold me never worked properly and today it finally gave out. So basically nearly $100 dollars later you are not valued as a customer. Just take your faulty product we sold you and leave. Not even an iota of effort to help out. I’m so upset. Money is not that easy to come by for most people! This was a horrible experience! Do not recommend purchasing anything here.

Visited specifically due to Google saying they had used video games. They had none. Half the store was literally empty shelves which made it look like a place going out of business. They did have an ok used movie selection. Guy working was friendly.

My wife spent 100 dollars here. She bought 2 ps4 controllers. One off brand they said never had any complaints and a refurbished one because that was all the had for her to but and none in town anywhere else. Neither of them worked properly. She told them i was in the service and would not be back for a while and they didn't mention this 30 day policy to her. They refused to help with the situation. Sold her a membership we will never use now. Horrible customer service! Do not buy from them! They clearly don't care about their customers!

This is the best Tradepost anywhere. The manager is the best in the business and makes sure people are happy. This company is lucky to have Leslie as a manager. Her new employee Ishmael is wonderful too. They do all they can to help! I would recommend this store over ANY others!

Great staff and usually always have what I'm looking for. I usually use this CD Tradepost out of all locations because it seems they have the best stock. I recently had a issue with one worker but I think they were new and didn't know what to do.

Pretty cool! I would disregard the negative reviews as they seem to consist of "I willingly bought something that I didn't think was a good deal and now I'm mad about it", and "they didn't want to give me a thousand dollars cash for my unlabeled veggie tales DVDs". If you can use basic critical thinking skills, you'll love this place. Competitive and reasonable prices, a couple really nice finds. There are quite a few NES, SNES, and original Xbox titles, if you're in the market for those. It's also just a charming atmosphere in general that doesn't feel corporate or suffocating. Very upbeat, kind, and approachable employees, which is awesome. I will definitely come back next time I'm in Wichita.

They charge too much for wii controllers I tried to trade my wii motion plus but they said my controller was 8.99 but when I bought the controller it was 40.00 and that was the price they charged it for.

Even though we had an issue with the Seneca location we came here and the experience was better.

The sales lady was wonderful. She took her time to help with what we were looking for.

Fantastic location. One of the few businesses still around that sell old school games/movies and gear. Great staff, friendly helpful and quick. Recommend for sure.
