Not bad but everything is extremely expensive

Very unprofessional pharmacy. In addition to not wearing masks at times, putting immunocompromised patients and people in general at risk, they do not act in a professional matter. Omicron is going around. Have some empathy and wear a mask. Oh and yeah, good luck waiting on hold for almost 10 minutes and then the pharmacist on duty deliberately hanging up the phone while you are speaking mid sentence. You have a pharmacy degree, please act like it.

Perhaps Cedra would gave gotten 5 stars if someone got off their phone thanks tic toc! while I waited at the desk and said excuse me two times. But alas, I was ignored. So I took my business elsewhere.

Honestly the nicest pharmacy I've ever encountered. They genuinely care about their customers and do everything to accommodate our needs...love love love

I very rarely, in fact, never write reviews but this time it is absolutely necessary. This was by far the MOST pleasant experience I've ever had, even though I had an insurance issue. My doctors office messed up and provided Cedra with the wrong information, it took over a week to figure this out and finally Meryem called and I explained I was leaving NYC in 3 days time and was worried about getting my prescriptions. She kept in touch with me every step of the way, and got my insurance through and approved in less than THREE HOURS! Then, because of a snow storm, she was worried the shipment would be delayed, so when she realized she lived 4 blocks from my work office, where the delivery was coming, she called and offered to drop it off HERSELF the next morning!! I am SO ridiculously grateful to her and how hard she worked to get me my medications so quickly, and took time out of her own day this morning to drop it off for me. Talk about a WOW customer service moment!!!!!!!! Meryem, I hope your boss sees this so they know how incredible you are! THANK YOU Cedra, Meryem in customer service, and the pharmacists for making this happen so quickly! Truly never had such a fantastic experience before. USE THEM FOR EVERYTHING PEOPLE, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!

I had an issue with my insurance and needed a script filled quickly before going on vacation. They helped majorly with all the specifics, patiently explaining everything to me. Got the script!

Fix your hours on Google maps. Never good to have wrong hours listed for a pharmacy.
