Staff is lovely, helpful responsive. They always are willing to spend the time to share useful information regarding medications.  One day desperately needed a prescription for my child that a doctor called in late and they had it waiting for me as they closed - I had called to say I was on my way over and they made sure we got it.  Very responsive delivery and they are great about following up with non responsive doctors offices who forgot to call in medications.  Family had been using Park West for 25 years without complaint.  Small but nicely curated selection.

I am so grateful for the staff at Park West.  They answer the phone! My prescriptions are there when they say they'll be there!  They arranged and administered vaccines  pleasantly!  About 3 months ago I transferred all my prescriptions to Park West Pharmacy after repeated incompetence and rudeness from Rite Aid.   I happily come down here from upper Manhattan for the service, professionalism, and expertise of the pharmacy staff at Park West.  Thank you!

Great service and fast, attentive pharmacy. Definitely the place to go for Rx in the neighborhood. I really wish they had more cruelty free and organic products — I’d buy everything there.

Park West is a very nice neighborhood pharmacy. The staff is very friendly and they also have a very good selection. Their location on Google is marked wrongly though. They recently moved by one store; however, Google is still showing them on the old location and submitting edits didn't work. Not that you'd miss them if you come to the location but still. I guess they should "claim" the business on Google maps and then submit the change.

I am updating my review… still mad about them closing early read below  but I really like the people that work there now that I have been going.They are all very helpful. Still think it’s ridiculous that they close at 7:45 when it says 8pm on the door. Doesn’t make sense, this is why they are not getting 5 stars but better then 1 star after my first experience.  On the door it says open till 8pm. I got there at 7:54pm. The guy was standing there with door locked. If you close at 8pm then close at 8pm.  If you are going to close at 7:50 then say that!! I needed a prescription and they wouldn’t let me in. I just switch to this pharmacy because I am trying to use more mom and pop stores.

The people who work there are very polite. It’s always nice and organized.

Great pharmacy that services me for my meds for years!

Quite literally the best pharmacy ever. The staff is so kind and informative for all needs you could ever have.  Although it’s a neighborhood treasure I’d recommend crossing the traverse to discover this gem for yourself.
