CVS Pharmacy

Poor customer service at the pharmacy. I had to queue at 4 different registers to get my prescription. And once I get the medication, they drop an unpackaged seringue with bare hands directly in the plastic bag...

The products are not generic but still very reasonable. I was so happy that they had the medicine I wanted to buy and had the pain reliever that soothed body. I would recommend this drugstore.

no flu shot available. no mask. they are liars.

The lines at the pharmacy r ridiculous bc they don’t have 2 cashiers and more pharmacists. If this continues, it’ll b time to go elsewhere. D reader has no lines. We had a prescription phoned in Friday afternoon and here we are Monday at 5pm and no prescription. Move to DUANE READE

The pharmacy employees are great. It’s a busy pharmacy, you might have to wait. Get over it people

There is one employee at this CVS that makes it great! Her name is Sheri. She is the best thing that ever happened to the CVS at 540 Amsterdam Ave. She is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond!

Place is very poorly run - all of the nearly 40 ppl waiting in line at the pharmacy were complaining and having a hard time
