Cell Doc

Went to the Apple store to get my phone fixed. Set an appointment for two weeks away. I needed my phone faster than that. Stopped by Cel Doc on the way out and my phone was fixed 30 minutes later. Screw Apple.

I shattered my screen to my iPhone 8 Plus and called around and everyone was from 120 to 170 to fix it. I had a friend recommend this place so I took it there and 30 minutes later a brand new screen and a new screen protector for 70 bucks. I am well pleased and the customer service was great.

My father in law bought a phone charger from this place and it literally fried the inside of his iPhone. After using the charger one time suddenly the phone no longer turns on and a burnt smell is coming from the charger port area. We reached out to him only to be told that he has sold chargers for years with no complaints although it’s evident the charger he sold caused the issue. Very cheap products and super poor customer service!!!

My daughter's iPhone screen cracked while home from college for the weekend to We called around and came across this business. Upon calling we were told over price. But when we got to the kiosk, we were told a different price. None the less we allowed them to fix her phone. The young lady was barely paying attention while she was repairing the screen. She was being distracted by other customers. 2 days after the repair my daughter's screen does not work and she can not use her phone. She's away at school and will not return for a few weeks. Upon calling and trying to figure out what to do. The owner gave me short answers, would not let me speak and was basically being a smart a$$! He actually laughed and said " what do you want me to do drive to your daughter's town and fix the phone?" He was basically no help and very rude. After a few minutes on the phone. He got angry and hung up on me. All I wanted to know was what could we do in the mean time? I am very disappointed in my service that we received and even more disappointed in the rude customer service from the actual owner of this establishment. I will never advise anyone to spend their hard earned money with this business!!!!!

Terrible. I got lucky they didn't charge me. Make sure you ask if the screen has a frame or is it just stuck on the screen. Mine was peeling off on the edge. Had to take to a real cell repair place for a correction

The tech was great, however, the Asian lady was incredibly rude and lacked any sense of courtesy whatsoever. She told me it'd be 90 mins to repair my phone, but when I came back I was told it was going to take another 90 mins for the repair. Went here on a whim, though I regret doing so.
