EZ iphone repair

Very dishonest business. BEWARE. Took my device to a reputable and certified repair shop today and they showed me and took pictures of the terrible work that was done on my iPad by this shop which is why my device is still having issues. They showed me the duct tape that had been used which apparently should NEVER be used on devices, a failed attempt at soddering in a couple areas, as well as other shoddy work. They also showed me that some screws and plates were missing and that superglue was actually used to hold some parts together! So, not only was a proper job not done, I was lied to about what was done and my device was missing parts that were there before. And then the owner of this business had the nerve to hang up on me after I explained that I had lost faith in his ability to fix my original problem and therefore just wanted a refund. He chose not to provide a refund even though he said would guarantee his work for one year- which he did not. He got extremely defensive when I explained I was still having the same issue with my device's home button and falsely accused me of belittling him. Then because he know he was wrong he exclaimed God bless you and hung up on me. Jesus would not hang up on customers, nor would he lie. In the end, the new shop felt so bad about how I was misled previously that they actually repaired my device correctly today for FREE. THAT is true Christ-like kindness and I am extremely grateful. Pictures below are from the repair shop who wanted to show me the duct tape, super-glue, and missing plates/screws that were removed from my device without my permission or knowledge by this company. They also suggested that I should dispute what I was charged, which is really why they insisted on sharing the photos with me.

4 days ago i was at ez's and he was fixing my screen which by the way is perfect see pic below this lady calls and after 3 times of directly insulting ez demands her money back from a home button on an i pad. ez said mamm that was a month an a half ago and when you left here, it was working perfectly. When you give the I pad to a child there is that risk of the child breaking the device , but she doesn't mention any of the true details in her review, she is only trying to make ez look bad but she is the only one THAT IS NOT TELLING THE TRUTH!!!! I've know EZ for a very long time , if this lady she's no ladywould have just said can you help me my child broke this again . EZ might have not even charged her, but when you call somewhere and start the conversation by insulting someone,, it never ends well. EZ has fixed many problems for me over the years. ALL HERO'S don't wear capes!

Professional, thorough, attentive, with great customer service. Most importantly, this is a Black owned business. I have used EZ Phone Repair twice: for an iPhone screen repair and for a laptop. The iPhone screen repair was completed within 30 minutes. The phone was fixed to perfection. The cost was much cheaper than other places who took days for the same repair. The more expensive shop left my phone unresponsive to touch in places. That was not an issue here. Due to the laptop being fried after a spill, I opted to not have it serviced. The owner stayed late to look at the laptop and advised of the cost to repair vs buying another laptop. Im sure some shops would have pushed the expensive service. I wasn't charged for him to look into the issue. I was given an answer in moments. He showed me the areas of concerns, the costs to repair it, etc. He was very detailed, patient, and friendly. I will definitely return for my electronics' needs. I recommend them to any and everyone!!!

I dropped my IPhone 11 at 11:30am and it was all blurry and green. I brought it to EZ repair after looking them up on Google. I arrived at 11:40. The owner started IMMEDIATELY on my phone. He was done in 8 min!!! Replaced my screen and now the phone is working perfectly. Excellent job and customer service!!!

Easy and fast; Needed my cracked screen replaced and was in and out in 20 minutes. You can wait inside and there is a comfortable couch and tv to sit and watch. Good value for your money! Hopefully I do not break my screen again but if I do I am coming back for sure. My purchase came with a free screen protector!

Easy, fairly priced, friendly and does his job phenomenally and can keep you occupied while you’re there. Immediately after I recommended him to all of my friends. I cannot recommend him enough. Truly.

I drove almost 2 hours and I loved it EZ made me feel like I have a brand new phone again. My screen was glitching and wasn’t working that well. He fixed it in like 20 minutes. He also gave me a case as well. I’m definitely going to take a drive again for any other phone issues. Not to mention he has the best prices and affordable!!

Brought my iPhone 7 in this week for a new battery. Unbelievably great customer service, and extremely quick work. Super nice dude, and would highly recommend him to anyone needing phone repairs done. 10 stars, extremely satisfied and happy I chose EZ.
