Sprint Store

I had Sprint for 20 + years, phone froze on me . I called Sprints Customer Tech... No Stars. The Worst. 20 minutes on the phone w/them. No Solution Visited this Store For Help.. Fixed phone I'm less than 5 minutes. Thank you

A Wonderfully fun experience. The staff at rhis location are friendly and knowledgeable of their products. I went in to replace a device and they made the process painless, the manager and her crew member sat and listened to all of our concerns regarding the device and was able to transfer Everything from our old device to the new device. We spoke on family experiences and shared photos, it was a very good experience. I would recommend this location for the level of professionalism the staff had towards handling my situation.

I went in today to upgrade my phone and shanelle was nice but my only problem is when she had to place my order for my phone she didn’t double check if my address was still the same cause people can move any time. Now having to deal with this problem of how to figure out to get my phone to the right address

I can’t say enough good things about the manager, Anna! I’ve had issues with my phone/Sprint since day one and she’s been so great to help out. She’s friendly and completely understands my frustration. I see negative reviews about other locations, so if you want help and someone that’s friendly I highly recommend visiting this location. Space is clean and all staff members are nice!

This location made me SO uncomfortable. I overheard them talking trash about me and mocking me in the back room very loudly because I didn't want the free home internet trial. Very unprofessional. I wish I never went in there.

Honestly was stuck there for over an hour due to an issue on their end. Sprint is a nightmare, staff was nice but not very helpful since they can't really do anything. They have to call customer care to do anything

Excellent customer service as always. I will tell people to come to this store any time they have any cell phone needs!

The technicians in the 2 stores I visited were A+. No complaints.

My experience was awesome. Tyler Mack at the Myers Park store was absolutely GREAT!!!!! He answers all your questions and offers the best deals you can get. Great conversation. Very knowledgeable about all of the services and products. I would recommend everyone to go to that location and ask for Tyler and I guarantee your experience will be great
