Keron was the best to work with on my business. He went above and beyond. Dude is by far the best I've ever worked with. In fact the whole store was cool no problems at all on my end. Check them out if you want good smooth customer service.
I arrived at 6:45 for a 7:00 appointment and the store is closed. It says it closes at 8 PM. Why would it allow me to make an appointment for a closed store? I now see all other nearby Verizon locations are also closed even though their hours are listed as 8 PM

If your store is closed please update your hours. Showed up at 6:45 for a 7 pm appointment. No way for me to call sent to an automated phone answering service so I set an appointment up online. Showed up and no one was there and store was clearly closed for the night. Waste of my time.
I never write reviews but Toni deserves a review!! She was the best! So helpful and was patient about answering any questions. She made it a quick and easy process!
Deanna was a fantastic employee that made the experience very pleasant and enjoyable, give Deanna a raise!
