Always have a bad experience at this store, all the employees just don’t do anything, came in this time to buy a new charger, the employees Luis told me to stick a paper clip into my iPhone port so it would charge, surely enough after i did this my phone worked even less. I will say bough Luis was nice and his partner had a OP sticker was cool, Horrible experience once again, few months ago the regional manager told me would contact me in regards to an issue i had within rude employee, i didn’t expect to hear back from him but surely enough i never did

My friend’s puppy chewed her phone and she had to get a new replacement phone. Jonathan was able to transfer some sentimental voicemails from her late Father with no problems. Thank you for the awesome service!!

Alina was super helpful in helping me troubleshoot setting up my new device. She was extremely patient and knowledgeable about her craft. She knew what she was doing at a more advanced level.

Just walked out the store only had 2 customers and they did not even acknowledge me didn’t say hi or we will be right with you nothing and I understand if they were busy but it takes less then a second to make people feel welcomed or at least not treat people like we do NOT exist both employees need training on customer service now I need a phone I would’ve been a paying customer but now I’m going to Verizon or another phone store tmobil is already getting on my nerves this just put the cherry on top maybe it’s because I am Latino they felt I didn’t have enough money or looked the proper way for them anyways whatever I left just thought you all should know.

Awesome experience at the South Park location! Jhon assisted me during my visit and was spectacular! Jhon sold me my ultra watch and I’m so glad he showed me it. I travel and hike which it came in handy!

For the past three years, my family has been coming to this location for our five phone service previously with Sprint and now T-Mobile. We have been pleasantly surprised by not only the sales support, but the ongoing customer service. Ricky has been our Sales consultant now for the duration, and continues to provide sound advice and feedback on keeping our service contracts affordable and competitive. We will recommend seeing Ricky if you view long term customer service and support with your cell phone carrier, a definite win for T-Mobile!

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We originally got our phones at SP, but the Old Post Rd. location was closer to home. THEY ARE TERRIBLE! Went several times. Bad attitudes and no solutions. We went back to SP today, after being treated very rudely at Old Post Rd., met with Andre. Night and day! He was fantastic and our issues were immediately resolved. Don't go anywhere else!!!! Thanks Andre! We'll never go to Old Post Rd. Again
