Today is Sunday. The store was closed at 6:15pm. The store hours for this Specific location is from 10:00am to 7:00pm on Sundays. I lost my time coming to this store. You just lost a customer.

Felecia the manager is the ABSOLUTE BEST! Her customer service willingness to assist knowledge about their products & services really helped me while trying to decide if i wanted to go with metro for my daughters telephone service. Best service ever received at a cellular store and I’m considering switching my lines from AT&T because of her. Thank you Felecia

First of all I've been a Metro customer for about 4 years and I had one specific dealer on North Tryon that I stuck with until I met Felicia! From start to finish she is excited to provide the best customer service in the world to you. If you don't go here first that's a major mistake they don't make them any better than this girl! She is the model for what customer service should be like

This store made the difference a very quality time on the service I arrived late 7:40 pm there the store close 8: pm and I thought I will finish quick set up my table with my line but not and the manager and the employees stay until almost 9pm for help me I was a little concern about the time because they close 8pm and I say 2 times I can come back tomorrow but they insist they will fix they won’t let me go with out solve the problem on my tablet, they call many time back and forth to his company and set up my table until work well, like a I say this quality human service kind helpful Great people! Total recommend them

Went it to just pay a bill, ended up choosing a new phone. They set it up, switched me over in minutes. My first choice when I have to go in the store.
