Ruge did an amazing job! He was super fast and loved that they called to get me in earlier to get it fixed. They also met me at a closer location. It was completely non inconvenient, they did the fixing in their van and it was 20 min tops! Great service. Thank you!

We had the best experience with uBreakiFix!!! Technician Justice, was very professional. He called to confirm our appointment and location and arrived at the agreed time. He repaired my son's cracked phone screen in less than 30 minutes. After the repair was completed he asked me to check the phone to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. His work was flawless!!! This company and their staff "Justice" is great and I will surely use them again in the future if the opportunity presents itself.

Henry did a great job communicating and getting my phone fixed quickly. I was delighted to also be informed that I was getting a new battery.  He confirmed the night before and then was on time for a very early morning in the dark appointment and our home is not easy to find. He was very considerate and efficient and even spent a few minutes answering questions my husband had. Highly recommend.

Ruge was awesome! He came quickly and was super professional. The service was quick and efficient. Overall, the process was easy and I would use them again!

Ruge arrived early and quickly resolved my issue. I am so glad this process was easy and completed with a high level of professionalism and quality. Hopefully I will not need the service anytime soon, however if I did, I wouldnt be worried.

This was our first time using uBreakiFix through Verizon it was an amazing experience it was done under 2 hours .The staff was great,and very friendly definitely will be coming back.

Ruge was awesome.  He phoned with an ETA,  arrived on time, fixed my screen and did it all with a smile.  He is courteous and polite and i highly recommend him for any repairs.  Thank you Ruge for fixing my phone!!!

Customer service person was so helpful and informative.  I did not feel like I was being pressured to do anything, just given the opportunity to decide based on the information provided. Will definitely continue to recommend others.
