If I could give 0 stars I would. It is hard to put everything that is wrong with this store and Verizon in general in a single post. In regards to this store; they do not keep regular hours, the staff is rude and unresponsive. Also, they cancelled an order that I placed I did not request the cancellation, but billed me for the order and charged my card. Do your self a favor and pick another carrier. I have over 40 hours on the phone with Verizon trying to sort this out and it is still far from over. DO NOT USE VERIZON. They are not the company they once were prior to this I had been a Verizon customer for 20 years...never again.
Waited 75 minutes after telling the store what I needed for someone to be able to help me. This was an issue the manager was supposed to have fixed last week. The guy this time kept disappearing into the back at least 2 to 3 times without explaining to me what was going on. After another 30 minutes he comes out and tells me that Customer Service needs to handle it. An hour and 45 minutes later he has me talk to customer service and they handle it in 15 minutes. And the manager that was supposed to have it taken care of it last week tells me today that they are just a sales center and Customer Service has to handle those issues but last week he made it seem like he had handled it. Terrible terrible terrible . Save your time and call Customer Service from home. And what started this mess was two people in the store telling me that the buy one get one promo did not have to have a new line added but actually did.
I don’t usually every, but this was a great visit! John was amazing and super helpful. The whole staff was friendly and patient, they were very honest about pricing and I was so excited to get a great upgrade and a free apple watch! Great staff and experience. Thank you!
Went into the store to transfer over from att. As it turns out, all of the information that the sales rep told me was extraneous was absolutely necessary to port over the number correctly, which leaves me with a non-operational Verizon phone. It’s also concerning to me that they want my business for in home Wi-Fi but they won’t help you transfer data to a new phone because THEIR OWN WIFI ISNT SECURE ENOUGH.
Worse customer service ever….they just don’t want to take care of there customer! I am a verizon customer since 10 years but i am going to stop using it and i will make sure don’t recommend anyone. If you don’t wanna work sit in you home
I had a terrible experience at the Sharon Commons store. No one was willing to help with a simple purchase. Now the Arboretum store on the other hand completely the opposite. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. We had the pleasure of getting Kelsey as our specialist. She was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. I was upgrading my mother's phone and she listened to what we were looking for and made a great suggestion. I am now going to go back and get her help on two more phones and a plan switch. I wouldn't have considered doing any of this if it wasn't for Kelsey.
A Great team that tried helping us out but we had problems on our end, they were very patient and checked up on us periodically. Very nice and understanding, thank you very much for that.
Great at activating new phones or swapping out phones and devices. If you need to cancel service on any existing phones or devices or need technical support of any type the Verizon store is not the place to receive these services. They refer you to a separate phone number for deactivations and even another number for customer service. The store is not a full service store.
Horrible customer service! The person I talked to wouldn’t even activate a simple SIM card. This process literally takes two minutes but the rep wanted me to call customer service when I know they could of easily done it for me but stated he can’t because he can only do sales?? This is a corporate store I recommend if you need help from verizon to go to the location in waverly or at Ballantyne village much more helpful and friendly. The people here are simply rude and lazy.
Worst customer service ever, Rob - the sales specialist says that if I don’t buy screen protector or iPhone case from him, he will not give me the online deal to buy new phone. Saying that if he wants, he can give me the online promotion, but he doesn’t have to. If this Verizon store specialists are not willing to provide the service they suppose to unless you buy their overpriced accessories, - what else we can expect? So, I went to different Verizon store1630 E Woodlawn rd and got new phone from them with the online promotion. They were very helpful and professional….
