They only carry one size neck brace that did not fit me at all. It covered my mouth and nose and I had to keep pulling it down to breathe. I was also put on the bench instead of the stretcher as there were two of us to ride in the same ambulance. The board I was on kept sliding even strapped and buckled which caused even more pain and stress. It was extremely bumpy and a very traumatic experience for me. I never want to ride in another ambulance because of my ride. I have been in an ambulance besides Cox and did not have this kind of experience. It was from a small town in Fredonia, KS and was so smooth, they even had a neck brace that fit me. I would not recommend Cox at all. They also have never sent any billing to me or my parents or the insurance companies even with repeated requests. It has been over 19 months and I am still dealing with this.

This Ambulance service for the last 6 months have added more sirens to the trucks and ones that vibrate right through my house.... This needs to stop ... I live by a school and park and am sure this is effecting ever one in this quite area...This has gone on for years..Don't turn them on until you get to the main roads ....Not on DIVISION Street.People live here and the sirens everyday make us unhappy..You can do some thing about this today..
