Looks like the office has moved but... I saw Rita maybe a few times and honestly just sitting down and talking things out though I didn’t go much helped. It gave me motivation to work on my issues by myself, did I dive into anything extreme when talking not really. My sessions helped and I highly recommend going here if you need to talk to someone. Maybe someone to just listen. That’s what they are there for and helpful. Thank you for the help when I needed it most.

I have been going to her for 6 years now she has helped me turn my life around she is very practical and down-to-earth and she listens. I would recommend her to anyone who needs assistance making changes or is in need of help.
