Dr. Shah is amazing, she truly cares about her patients wellbeing. Highly recommend, works to find the best treatment and always explains things in detail.
I saw Dr. Shah a few times. She doesn't listen, doesn't care, acts like a know it all, wastes a ton of time, money and you get NOTHING! I would never recommend her to anyone. Find a different Rheumatologist who will LISTEN to you.
I am seen by Dr. Magadan at the South office and I love it there! The staff is so nice and they always make sure I am taken care of. Their communication through the Patient Portal is excellent! Always timely. I feel very well taken care of!
I have been going here since I was 23 and I'm now 43. I had started in St Joe with no such luck and came to see Dr Kent Houston who had since retired and in 3 hrs I had a diagnosis, a plan and medicine. They have taken wonderful care of me and continue to take great care of me and are like family!!!!
One of the best practices I have ever had the pleasure of working with! Dr.Warner and LNP PattI are amazing and really care about you a an individual! Couldn't recommend them enough!
No one ever answers the phone! And do not believe they will return your call in 24 hours, more like 36-48 hours. If you can go North to their satellite office do so.
