Central Dental

This is the best dental office I have ever been in. I have referred 5 friends and also took my mother. I went in for veneers and my dentist and his assistant were awesome, they were patient with me during the whole process it took about 3 weeks with the cleaning, whitening, temporaries and then finally the veneers. I have the most beautiful smile now and I totally appreciated the whole process. Everyone in this office was nice from the receptionist ( the first person you would see) to the lady that handled the insurance ( the last person you would see). They treated everyone with respect no matter what color you were or even if you didn’t have insurance. This is the only office I will visit and I’m telling EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THEM. They were perfect. And Carrie ROCKS!!!!

I picked this dentist because of the fantastic reviews. I really wasn't impressed. When I went for the first time, it was just a check up. They did an x-ray, which is covered by my insurance, but they charged me $100. I got them to lower it to $24, although I absolutely shouldn't have had to pay that either. I needed fillings on both sides of my mouth, so I scheduled for two different days. On the first day of fillings, I had a bad experience. First off, my parent's insurance changed and so my fillings went from being less than $200 to over $600. The nurse just handed the form to me to sign and said, "Is that cool?" After that, the nurses were gossiping about the dentist in front of me, the dentist was not friendly at all, and he cut my cheek and didn't apologize. The nurse just said after he left, "Just put some Vaseline on it and take some ibuprofen." I understand that things like this happen, but they were absolutely not professional or apologetic about it. After a few days, the side of my mouth with those fillings hurt and I couldn't chew anything hard or sweet. I waited a while to see if it would go away, but it didn't. I went in recently to get it fixed, and they did fix it. I was going to give a lower rating, but because they fixed it and did not make me pay, I rated it higher. All that to say, I own my own business and really value professionalism and customer service. I unfortunately did not find that here. I hate leaving bad reviews, but I've felt negatively about Central Dental since my first visit. I believe I am in the minority with my bad experiences, so hopefully yours is better!

Today was my initial visit and was very pleased. The staff are excellent, well prepared for patients and my hygienist, Joanna, really did a great job and literally a painless experience. Dr. Passini was prompt, thorough and attentive. Couldn’t ask for better service and a lot of very nice people to provide it . Think I’ll stick with these folks and would recommend this practice 100%.

I went to this facility because of the good review. We had issues with the front office staff saying one thing and then another. It seems like nobody knew the correct answer. Dentist was friendly enough, but did not speak to you. We had billing issues as well that lasted a long time. I have never had so many problems at a dentist office. I gave them a few chances, but have decided to switch.

Went in with a Horrible tooth ache. I was treated right away. The staff was friendly, caring and very explanatory of every thing the did. I can recommend the staff or Central Dental enough.
