Ray is a good dentist but his office  is shady.  TWICE I have asked their billing office for verification of benefits and preauthorization (with my total out of pocket  dollar amount) BEFORE scheduling expensive procedure.  They gave me an EXACT dollar amount for my portion.  They have since billed me for SIGNIFICANTLY HIGHER out-of-pocket amounts as "uncovered or downgraded" benefit.  Why tell me you have VERIFIED my coverage, then charge higher amount??  They were either too lazy to actually verify or were SHADY to get the business!!!  Told me it was my problem because we signed an agreement...

Dr. Ray and his staff have been nothing but kind, compassionate and understanding!!  All of them are incredible at what they do and they work hard to make sure you are comfortable and feel at home.  I would recommend Dr. Ray to ANYONE!!

Dr. Ray and all of his staff are great!  They have helped me over the years with all of my dental care. My teeth and gums are in great shape thanks to them !! . My smile is better than ever now.
