The Technician was awesome! Very knowledgeable and experienced. He arrived 15 minutes after I called to make the appointment! He changed 2 broken garage door springs in 40 minutes. I Highly Recommend Central Ohio Garage Door. They’re honest, professional and experienced.

I have no idea what changed but I called this business due to their high ratings and it’s single-handedly one of the worst experiences I’ve had to deal with this year. Door ordered and 60% paid late May - UP TO 8 weeks for delivery. 8 weeks come and go with no updates or communication from the company - then comes the massive delays, lack of communication, broken promises and just the honest runaround. Just installed October after almost 20 weeks of headache plus they left a message at 9pm they’d be there at 8am to install - really guys? - glad to be done with them and won’t be doing business again…buy at your own risk.

I called for a door repair at 8:00 and had a new spring installed by 10:30. Two young men were very efficient and professional. They will my go to door professionals.

This is our second service call and once again we are very pleased. Easy to schedule. On time for the visit. Knowledgeable, explains things well, reasonably priced. You could not find better. Thank you!

The overall experience was very good. The gentleman who waited on me looked at my garage door I advised that I thought I might have to put some money into it and he came back and was very honorable with me and honestly stated that my garage door isn't for the most part in good shape he replaced a part or 2 made some adjustments and he did a fantastic job so I give the individual who came out a 5 out of 4 meeting
