After driving for a few companies, I did my research about this company. I drove for 1 year and it was the best experience I've had. I quit to be a full time foster parent, but if I have the chance to go back out on the road, this will be the one and only company I drive for. Honest, reliable and straight forward. The only regret I have is not being able to stay with them longer. Thanks for everything COTC!

Company claims to be Veteran friendly , yet they fired a purple heart recipiant the day before veterans day and literally dumped him out in snowy weather to die. Prior to dumping him out in the snowy cold, CEO Rick cussed at the vet and informed them they would have to find their own way home. Purple heart recipiant was dumped outside in snowing weather. The driver was told to bring in their truck for repairs (truck had electrical issues for weeks due to the company hot wiring off the market equipment - per the ONE repair facility is was brought into. Driver kept begging to get it repaired. They sent a tow truck out that wasn't big enough to tow the truck.) . Driver brought vehicle in, was told he was unhappy (?!?) and was fired. Work is at will but they had an office in the vets home state that they could have routed driver to. Instead Rick the owner had the vet brought to freezing cold Oregon so he could fire him the day before Veterans day. Company will bring you to their facility for "training" but requires you to sign a bunch of paperwork waiving your rights (including being able to discuss company on social media) and if you don't sign it...as Rick has shown ....they will throw you out in the cold. The trucks are governed at 62 and there's all sorts of widgets that will beep at you (going down hill at 63...) and they have a team of folks they call "coaches" whose sole job is to email you...while your driving...if your off market widgits beep for you going downhill over 62. These coaches will also try to tell you that other drivers are complaining about you (the drivers aren't complaining , some of the coaches appear to enjoy causing negativity. Put a recording app on your phone because when You do speak to them...what they tell you isn't what they will do and what they report is something much different.) **I think COTC is knowingly making false statements in writing..... If ANY driver were cited for driving on a cell phone , it would be both PUBLIC RECORD and the CDL driver may likely lose their license. Clearly neither occurred. Yet this is the 2nd time you've knowingly published false defamatory statements. The actual temperatures for your area during that day are also public record (hint, what you posted is the predicted average not the historical "actual".). the libelous information you are publishing as a "response" contradicts phone records along with what is reported to unemployment.

When a load comes before a man taking his wife to a doctor. Rick needs to clean up his dispatchers and office. When they can take care of there families but the driver can't.
