I've hated this company ever since I moved into my home and was forced to use them. First. I bought my house without much leftover cuz I was 23 and doing it on my own. This company sends me a bill for the 250$ deposit and not even a month later the monthly bill which was 200$ right from the get go I got behind. They're rude when you call and don't help you set up realistic things to catch back up. The first two years my electricity got shut off constantly because they only go two weeks before turning it off. It's been 4 years since I've had a disconnect but I still hate the company. As soon as I'm a day late I get emailed notices and a notice in the mail. Lame.

My electric bill goes up $10.00 to $20.00 a month at times and we are not at the house for months, bill fluctuates between $60.00 and $ 95.00 and we are not even there. Then sometimes when we are there for a weekend that month goes down. WISH I HAD A CHOICE FOR ANTHER ELECTRIC COMPANY!!!!!

Very helpful staff. They were welcoming a year ago when we moved and have been easy to work with. Thank you for all you to keep the power flowing!

They want a huge deposit just to use electricity like 250 that’s nuts and what do they do with it jus pocket it? Or am I set for months on my electric bill

Expensive, slow with outages, and power goes out randomly in the middle of the summer when there aren't even any storms. How about some routine maintenance guys??

Always out of power. Excuses like birds on the line. But always make sure they stop and want me to turn my generator off in the middle of milking. Sorry but not happening

Don't like the phone automated services as they don't work for me. Also don't like the online service either as delay in getting services done quickly
