I had a loss of power from my left hydro on a Cub Cadet Tank M60 mower. Because it took 2 weeks to get the pump I pre ordered it so I could get up and running as soon as possible. When the part came in I brought the mower in and even though the pump was leaking hydraulic fluid they got it working without replacing the pump(replaced belt and ignored fluid leak). I went in to pay for the service and was charged over $200 restocking fee for the pump! So now when the pump, which is still leaking does fail, I'll have over $1200 into it! The machine was bought new from them along with a new side by side and I'm sorry to say that they will be the last machines ever purchased from Value in Bloomer. I guess the debate between Kubota and Deere is over for me. Bad service is bad service no matter what equipment is sold. I understand that re stocking fees are a reality in this business, but in this instance I am thoroughly frustrated. I have been irritated with them before, but things seemed to get better organized when Value took over Swoboda. 3 years ago it cost them a sale on a new tractor and the trend seems to continue.
