Centurion Property Associates

I began living at 285 North Service Road Mississauga December 1 2016. The work they have done on the inside of the building is amazing. Unfortunately, I expect it won't last. The cleaners are inept and I believe if the management team does not respect the property how can you expect the residents will. The outside of the building is a disaster. Garbage is everywhere as is dog droppings. The playground is horrible. The property manager is unhelpful. Either management has encouraged untruthfulness or it is easier to tell me what I want. As I have told the property manager there is a full garbage bin in the playground that has not been emptied since I moved in here. 15 months which I believe is totally unacceptable. Most seriously, I brought to the attention of the property manager (of which I have had no response) that the superintendent gave out my apartment number to someone. I believe this goes against privacy regulations. I would like to know if this is the case and perhaps pass on the regulations to the superintendent. The property manager also told me last year that a fence that is dangerous as it stands would be taken down at the same time flowers would be planted. Neither was done. I have given up on flowers but the property manager says the fence is coming down this spring. Time will tell. I very much appreciate the work that has been done and look forward to the upcoming new windows and balcony door. When my guests come to see me I am not as embarrassed because of the work, unfortunately they still see the outside of the building. The low rating is because of the property manager at Centurion head office. My husband just walked in the door and told me the fence came down. Wow I just came up 2 hours ago. Thank so very much.

I recently was able to assist my cousin in renting and securing an apartment at 256 St. Andrews street in Cambridge. What impressed me most was how helpful Deanna, the superintendent of this building was. She was very informative, accommodating and helpful in answering all of our questions. She clearly cares a lot about the people in the building and the kind of people she wants in the building. We got a really good feeling about her and can’t thank her enough for all her assistance. The building looked very clean and the apartment itself was clean and ready to be shown.My cousin hasn’t moved in yet but based on how we saw Deanna conduct her business we are very encouraged that this is the right place for her. Too bad there are only 5 stars to give as I surely would have given more! Atwood Suites building is a lovely place to retire and live in peace. The surroundings are fantastic and the building super is an awesome person. Thanks to Nancy all floors and elevator are kept in immaculate cleanliness smelling nice and we are feeling like at home. She always is ahead of things looking after tenants same time being extremely helpful with any issue when it arises. Considering this fact that at present she is managing all by herself we very much appreciate that and happy for having her around. Thanks to that our transition from living in home for many many years to living in condo was seamless. Kudos to Nancy!

While I'm a relatively new tenant with Centurion, I have to say that I've had no complaints and have found them to be incredibly helpful and professional. They only require a small deposit to lock down the apartment and then the remainder of first & last right before they hand you the keys which, in my case, gave me plenty of time to save up. The package they gave me was very helpful, directing me on how to contact the hydro company and offering me discounted rates on Rogers services. The staff are all very friendly, as well. The receptionist at their headquarters was incredibly kind and very helpful in fielding my questions, and the superintendent in my building is amazing. An incredibly sweet and outspoken lady who works very hard (even on her days off) to ensure the place stays safe and spotless; it's always nice to run into her in the hallway. She even helped me find a few people to help me move when I ended up being short on manpower! Overall, I'm in love with my new place and have been very happy with the service Centurion has provided.

We have been living at Hoffman St apartments for 3 years now. We really appreciate the upgrades that have been done to better the building over the past few years. Looks great! The location is handy since it's close to the expressway, grocery stores, walking trails and parks. Amy the landlord, has always been there when we have needed her. She works hard at maintaining the buildings as they always look clean. She has been a pleasure to deal with since we moved in. We also appreciate how fast work orders are completed if there is an issue. Good place to live.
