Patient, knowledgeable, and an overall great guy! My husband and I worked with Nawar to find a rental in Toronto. To say our requirements list was long for our budget would be an understatement, but Nawar made the daunting process such a breeze. He made himself available to cart us around the city to check out places (even during rush hour). Nawar made sure that we didn't dismiss a place just because of one picture or just because one of our requirements wasn't met. As a result of his persistence and commitment, we ended up finding the perfect place, a 3 bedroom house in a duplex which we didn't want to consider. Nawar convinced us to check out the place because you never know how you will feel about a house until you see it. And he was right! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nawar if you are in search of that perfect home.

Nawar helped my husband and me purchase our second investment condo. Although it was our second attempt at a real estate investment, we were very hesitant to take the plunge. He made the process very easy to understand and less intimidating. He has a great sense of humour which helps manage some of the stress that comes with making such a huge purchase. Even after the purchase, he helped us navigate the other areas like dealing with the bank, lawyer, property management office etc. If we ever had to do this again, I would not hesitate to use his services. Nawar was fantastic to work with. He helped me to buy my investment condo. I was dreading the whole process but Nawar made it smooth and enjoyable. He was helpful and efficient every step of the way, calm and patient and made me feel as if i were his only client. He is extremely knowledgeable, every one of my questions was answered quickly.
