Agent Carla is very unreliable, deceiving and dishonest person. Only has her own interest in mind. Please stay away from this agency.

This place is beautiful. A really nice view of Manhattan and the Statue of Liberty

They have some great pools if you have some friend who live here they are great in the summer whilst open.

Beautiful place to live

While the grounds may look appealing, you can’t do anything. There are tons of restrictions you don’t hear about. It’s not worth it for the amount you pay on hoa fees, for specific incidents feel free to email me. There is also part of the phase that’s been heavily impacted by storm Sandy and can’t be rented or sold, HOA fees have sky rocketed, Over $1,500. These are things not often disclosed.
