CG Technology Sportsbook at Venetian Las Vegas

Would not honor a old ticket 1K value because it was 13.5 months old. Lets not forget Vegas was shut down due to a global pandemic during this period. Horrible way to do business!

I would expect better service since Vegas is nearly a ghost town now because of the pandemic, but these guys are rude there. They simply seem to hate their job and does not act like they want to be there.

March 7th they won’t change a TV for the Texas game. Hook Em!

Staff needs improvement and accuracy when writing sport bets as it can be a huge deal when it comes to a lot of money! As a sports/race ticket writer I expect better, to be treated as I treat my customers. Friendly and helpful!

I love that its 24 hours and I like all of the seats, monitors and the bar nestled right next to it. If only I could smoke a cigar there

I think it might be the only 24hr book in the strip so that's always good to know. The book itself is pretty good, good sight lines and games are always on.

The sports book at the Venetian is very spacious and the staff are quite friendly and accommodating as well.

Best place for March madness.
