Interesting combo. Vegas and Texas. Went here before I went to see U2 at the Sphere. Good food. I had the brisket filet which was good. I've not had brisket served like this before, in such a thick piece. The waitress let me know it's a bit fatty, and it was. But that's often how brisket is, of course. But when it's that thick, it's a bit different. A little more disconcerting. My sister had the other pork sandwich which had a lot of pulled pork on it. Fries were good and she said it was the best coleslaw she ever had. Waitress did a good job overall but did have to wait a bit for now water. They lose a star first only having diet Pepsi as an option cause diet Pepsi is swill.
Good food and friendly staff. The restaurant has a short waitlist when you walk-in. Ordered the half rack of BBQ ribs and the serving was quite hearty.Food: 4/5
We were here for a late lunch - food was amazing. Customer service terrific. Had the Southern Fried Chicken and the Cowboy Burger. Portion size is very large, we could have easily split a meal. Love the selection of BBQ sauce that is on the table. Will be back tonight for the band.Food: 5/5
Love the atmosphere in this place. Great dance floor. Large and lots of room. Bull riding is a thing here if you want to try that. Food is a little pricy. But it’s Vegas. Otherwise, delicious. Have patience on busy nights when trying to get service. The bands they get here are great as well. Looking forward to another visit hopefully soon!
Food was a miss and hit. The burger my hubby had ordered tasted so bland to him and had no flavor and the string fries were cold. I had a chicken salad and it was yum.Food: 2/5
Absolutely terrible food ! Ordered the fried chicken which was really dry and the brisket which was so over cooked it was inedible. The chef just said that's how he cooked it. Ended up with a pulled pork bun, and the bottom of the bread was soggy and sticky???. Just eat elsewhere! The server was very embarrassed, I felt for her ! All for $100 ! Oh and the lady on the desk was rude and miserable!
Horrible and disgusting food, very overcooked and old tasting chicken, watery and old tasting mac and cheese, no seasoning or favor at all, zero taste and I will never eat here again save your time and money and just go somewhere else.Food: 1/5
Bbq pulled pork sliders are the best. Mac n cheese is the best that I have ever had. Whipped mashed potatoes are great sides. Service is great too and friendly. Food comes out pretty fast here.Food: 5/5
Big portions Wings burgers! Great food drink specials. Excellent dance floor. Very country bar in Vegas for dancing!!Food: 5/5
We've been to Gilley's a couple of times now and both times we've enjoyed ourselves. The Atmosphere is incredible....neon lights, country music, and mechanical bull riding. All that creates a party atmosphere that makes it really difficult to have a bad time there. The music is top-notch, the bands are excellent, and the food is better than you'd expect for bar food. Probably my biggest joy while at Gilley's is watching the people try to ride the mechanical bull. It's built-in entertainment that's hard to beat. My only suggestion is to make sure you understand the cost of alcohol at the bar. $10 for.domestic.beera and $17-25 per mixed drink. It's like being at a professional sports arena/stadium. If you're in Vegas, do yourself a favor and take about 2-3 hours out of your evening and have fun at Gilley's.
