In a throw -away society such as ours has become, we are very blessed that there are still artisans who can ensure that our leather goods will have the longest life possible!

I've brought my shoes here a few times to have Vibram soles added to the red bottoms of my Louboutins. They did amazing work on those...and just recently I had an accident and ruined my light blue over the knee Stuart Weitzman boots. They managed to get them clean!!! They look just like new. I love this place and will continue bringing my high end shoes to them for repairs!

Fixed the zipper on my suitcase and the stitching on my sandals. He also saw that the shoes I was wearing had a broken lace and gave me some for free. Super reasonable price, honest, and no BS. Will go back.

I've been coming here to fix my shoes for years, the team at Chagrin Shoe & Luggage repair are very professional. I always receive my shoes like new. They have fixed my high end shoes, Louboutins and Gucci , whether its for a fix or cleaning I know I can always trust my shoes in their hands. Not to mention how quick the service is. I would highly recommend!
