Den is that Guy to go to when you need a perfect cut in and out!!! Den runs the shop his skills is on point! Awesome guy great conversation comfortable establishment. I had a shoot he hooked me up great work man good looking outServices: Haircut
Big Dennis is the owner/operator, he runs the shop. If you want the sharpest shape-up and cleanest fade that a man could ask for, you need to go see him. He's a master with the clippers and his straight-edge razor game is no joke. The dude is a PRO! D has been cutting my hair for over 17 years. I followed him from shop to shop to shop, and I was so happy when he finally made the move and opened his own place about 10 years ago. Chalk Lines is on the northwest corner of 9th and Snyder and it's the quintessential neighborhood barber shop. Its a gathering spot as much as anything else, where the atmosphere is full of "Hey, how ya doin, cuz" 's and "Oh my god, did you hear about" 's. A place where you're a friend as much as a customer and topics ranging from deep real conversation to friendly trash talk can be overheard and participated in. There is usually always a movie playing across the three TVs, and/or the stereo pumping out whatever new album just hit the street. Word to the wise though...there is usually a wait. Very rarely can you just walk in and sit down in the chair. Appointments are accepted but usually just popping in and giving a heads up that you'll be back at whatever time is all that's necessary..or you can roll the dice and just walk in, but take the day and time into account when doing so and expect to wait accordingly. All in all...THE WAIT WILL BE WORTH IT
