6 sales staffs most standing around socializing not wanting to help. One person at the register. Thank goodness a nice gentleman helped. Will not be visiting this location again.
A disappointment with champs. Exspecially around the holidays. I ordered a size 13 shoes and was delivered a size 9. An error on there behalf . Return the shoes the same day it was delivered and the size 13 is no longer available. Received a email that they will refund the money but won't get what I've ordered for christmas.
Staff was so friendly and helpful! The store was well stocked with lots of cute options! 10/10 will recommend
Called to see if an item was in stock. I even had item number. Told the associate the number and item description. After about 15 seconds he told me they didnt have it in stock. I asked if he used the item number and checked computer. He said "no, I just looked around for the..the ...the thing you wanted" Wow....thats for helping me realize why retail is dead, and online orders are our only chance of getting what we want.
Man o Man i need Champs Sports like I need Air. This is where winners shop fo sho. The Employees here are A1 professional and greet me every time i walk in. Highly Recommend this store.

Eastland Mall Columbus, Ohio is a ghost town! Nothing hardly left to enjoy at this once thriving mall. We only shop here as a very last resort!
