I saved this review for today, because last night after our experience with these clowns, I’m sure it would have been more emotional. My daughter wants a new pair of Jordans, so we walked into this location optimistically that we would find the right pair. After trying one pair and realizing we needed another size, the woman working in the store told us “I can’t go get them, because im busy” WOW. WE WERE FLOORED BY THIS. I GUESS WE ARE THE WRONG COLOR TO RECEIVE SERVICE FROM THIS OBVIOUSLY RACIST REMARK. SHE WAS HELPING ALL THE BLACKS WHILE THE HARD WORKING TAX PAYERS GET NO SERVICE. WE DIDNT GET HER NAME WE WERE SO PISSED. this is why we moved out of this god forsaken state. Good luck! Now we know we made the right decision leaving Alabama and it’s 1800’s mentality. Went to purchase a pair of retro 2 in my sons size, the cashier pulled the match off the wall, I told him it was dirty, he didn't care. When he told manager he was instructed to clean the shoe, he came back with a brush dripping with cleaning solution and a wet hand. Stuck his wet hand in the shoe and began to scrub. Owww nasty. I asked if he would knock something off the shoe and he said no. Like not even tax, or 2.00. I purchased a bigger size cause I didn't want the wet nasty shoe. The Customer service SUCKS!!!
