I love this place! I bought shoes off of their website & they did not fit. They were kind enough when I called to search for the size I needed over the phone & held them for me for 24 hours so I could come in & exchange them out. Excellent customer service! The shoes were gorgeous for my wedding day!

I wanted shoes that were not in stock so I decided to order them. The system was acting crazy and there was only one pair left of this particular shoe. Chasity worked diligently and helped me get what I needed. It took a long time but she was patient and pleasant throughout.
